We are a vibrant evangelical church in the heart of Aberdeen in the beautiful North East of Scotland. Our purpose is to glorify God through the growth of his Kingdom. We see this happening as we help one another be an authentic community of Jesus-followers who take seriously our call to reach those who don't know Jesus yet. Aberdeen is a University city with two thriving universities and a college just round the corner from the church building. It's no surprise that students play a big part of our family at Gerrard Street. However, we also include young adults (non-students and graduates) who play a major role in this group.
At the start of the academic year we host a number of welcome lunches. These take place after the morning service and are a great way to get fed with a tasty lunch, meet some of the community, and find out a bit more about the church. We also hold a weekly students' fellowship on Sundays at 6:30 pm in the church building and organise student Weekend Getaways.
